Here are some of my favorite finds for handmade Valentine's Day gifts.

I like to feature new designers on my blog every time I do a "favorite finds" for handmade items, but I just love the work of this dynamic duo. And when I saw their new valentine inspired creations I couldn't help but add them to another favorite finds list! Cart before the horse is located in my hometown, Portland, Oregon. The owners and creators, Dylan and Jo, make contemporary folk art pieces that are completely charming and amazingly detailed.  I just love these little hand-crocheted hearts from Etsy shop HoKiou. The red heart was hand-crocheted with threads of red cotton (features silver lurex threading throughout.). It is adorned with a silver arrow, on a silver chain. The green heart is custom made with your initials and is a steal at $13.00! Find them here.

I don't want to make this about me but I think someone should buy me this locket. Why? Because I love lockets, sacred hearts and embroidery, so I kinda think it would be a crime if I did not own this....someday. I just love it so much!!! The shop Stella Saves the Day on Etsy has many more gorgeous items to chose from. But let me just say if you know a gal that likes lockets, hearts and embroidery this would be a sure-fire gift!
