I guess you could say these are my "work" photos, but by taking an objective look at these photo's it is difficult to call what I do work. It's also lovely to be in a place in my life where I can say that and also say I absolutely love what I do. I took this series of photos for my the new ABOUT etsy page. I was a little apprehensive about doing it at first but I have to say I love this new feature! You can check it out here. The last photo is a new project I am working on. Okay, it's a project I have been working on for months but one I intend to finish very soon! I am excited to see the finished product.
Do you have any unfinished projects that need revisiting? Let me tell you this is only one in a long line of many for me!
Do you have an Etsy About page? If so share your link in the comments, I'd love to check it out!
Happy Weekend! xo
I love these, Christine! So lovely to have a backstage peek.
ReplyDeletethanks ana! i wish my work space actually looked that clean and organaized when i am working : )
DeleteThat is simply beautiful! You are such an artist!
ReplyDeleteoh, thank you so much!!
DeleteThis is great. Do you incorporate these kinds of things into gift giving? I have an 11x14 picture that was made like this, and it was a present for me from a good friend of mine (her and her daughter did it together). She framed it in a nice wood frame and it's still on my kitchen wall today (some fifteen years after I received it). Homemade gifts are always the best, and your work is nice!!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I do make them for gifts sometimes. But less now that I have a shop on Etsy. I can say with certainty that they are purchased as a gift for someone about 9 times out of 10 - which I love! I didn't think about that aspect when I opened my shop but it's been such a nice part of my work to know that they are so often purchased as gifts for loved ones.
DeleteWhat a cool idea, I really like all the bursts of color amid the black and white pattern on your project. Very pretty!
ReplyDeleteGreat pics, thanx for sharing!
