Oui, oui, non? How breathtaking is this apartment? When I think of Paris apartments I think of something really elegant with painstakingly hand-carved crown moldings, ornate fireplaces, large windows, tall ceilings and herringbone parquet floors. This beautiful apartment by designers Gilles and Boissier has everything my mind has ever imagined about a perfect Paris apartment, yet, it has gone above and beyond my imagination by adding other elements I so love as well. It has such a beautiful gallery feel to it with a touch of rustic warmth and all that texture, amazing!

  1. You had me at herringbone parquet floors! Not to mention the beautiful architectural details such as the mouldings and those ornate doors. I can just picture myself sauntering around this place in Louboutins, sipping champagne!

  2. Oh. Hello. Those rustic floors combined with the refined intricate details of all that gorgeous molding? Really, really stunning. I love the way they left the color palette really simple to let the architectural details sing. Yeah, I could totally see myself here. ;)

  6. Oui! I love everything about this apartment, but the floors... The floors! They are gorgeous.

Well, if you excuse me for a moment, I'm going to see if I can crawl in through my computer screen and make myself comfortable in that living room.

  7. Swoon. I've been pinning from that site like crazy in the last few weeks, they are just a treasure trove of inspiration. I love the moody affect on the photos, it makes it all the more alluring. Obviously I'd move right on in and not change a thing, and you could totally come and visit! xo

    1. i'd love to visit you there, which would be great because i think i'd need to wait for my children to move out before i'd move in to a place quite so elegant!

  14. The apartment has a lot of interesting paintings in it. They are beautiful, but unsettling in some way. I also really noticed the wood paneling on the floor. I think if I lived there, that would really distract me.

  15. OH my goodness to all of it, every nook and cranny. All of the art they selected is beautiful, and I love that most of them are just informally leaning against the wall. Look at all that gorgeous molding! Oh, is that a linen sofa I see? You definitely uncovered a gem with this one. Ok, salivating done. :)

  16. Noticing the information of the house hire agreement is important. There are tons regarding great facts you must know prior to getting by yourself, plus your dollars, vulnerable. If you sign your own long term contract, you are bound on the appropriate limitations of the document, i really might know that people pay attention to that. Apartment, informally
