House Tour | Warm Concrete |

Open floor plan, natural light, curved lines, raw materials and pops of color make this home filled with concrete feel warm while maintaining such a contemporary and minimalist feel. I love the oversized sofa and lamp, the chalkboard drawing and those beautiful bright pink flowers.

  1. Pinning ALL of these photos! I am always baffled as to why people think of concrete being cold, yes it's industrial but I think it's quite easy to "warm" up.

  2. Oh wow. That first photo was gasp worthy. All of them really. I love concrete. We have concrete counters in our kitchen, and I love them so much, and I've loved concrete floors in other homes...but those walls. Showstoppers.

  6. This is so cozy. I never thought concrete could look inviting and comforting but it DOES! And the red accents in the first two photos are so so beautiful.

  7. You find the best homes to feature. At the mention of concrete, one would think the home would be austere and cold. But these interior shots are the opposite. I think they made really smart choices with the furnishings, accessories, and bits of color.

  9. I am a sucker for exposed concrete and love love love this home! The last two photos are my favorites, really like how they used the concrete as a piece of art and who doesn't want to use their walls to doodle or write a shopping list. I see they need to shop for milk and oregano ;) Have a great weekend! xx
